About the Project:

Waterloo Arts is planning a long-term project where the community is going to bring life to the planter beds along Waterloo Road. The project is to have 6 artists decorate rain barrels that would collect rainwater starting in 2021. They hope these planter beds would be able to grow a garden that has food and various plants.
